  • No waitlist; same-day or next-day when available
  • We will guide you through each step of the process.

Visits are primarily conducted via telehealth, with in-person appointments available when appropriate.

We do not maintain a waitlist. In many cases, patients can be scheduled the same day or next day when availability allows.

Before Your First Appointment

You will receive a short set of intake forms to complete prior to your visit.

These forms help us:

  • Understand your symptoms and history
  • Prepare for a focused, efficient evaluation
  • Ensure your visit is productive from the start

 

You may also review sample forms on this site. These are provided for transparency—your actual intake paperwork will be shorter and completed electronically.

Your Initial Evaluation

Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation (45–60 minutes).

This includes:

  • Review of your current concerns and symptoms
  • Detailed history (mental health, medical, and treatment history)
  • Diagnostic assessment
  • Discussion of diagnosis and treatment options

Our goal is to provide clarity—not just symptom management.

Follow-Up Visits

Follow-up appointments are typically 20–30 minutes.

These visits focus on:

  • Monitoring treatment response
  • Medication management
  • Adjustments to your care plan as needed

Treatment and Ongoing Care

If treatment is recommended, this may include:

Fees and Insurance

We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office to confirm coverage and benefits.

For patients choosing self-pay:

  • Initial evaluation: $250
  • Follow-up visits: $125
